The Quinta de Cabriz Goat Cheese is curated and buttery, made from raw goat milk. In the Beira Alta region this cheese is very well-known and enjoyed in meals.


Its aroma and flavor are very characteristic but can be defined as salty, with hints of spice.


The best way to preserve it is to keep it in a fresh place. In the summer wrap it with kitchen paper and place it in the fridge; in winter don´t place it in the fridge but keep it in a cupboard covered with a damp cloth.

There is no problem in freezing cheeses, it will not alter its characteristics.
